To protect the powder-coated paint finish, fortifying stacking bars and twelve plastic bumpers are included for secure stacking (up to ten units high). The steel meets ASTM A513 standards, while the foam meets 1.8lb density, 46 Ild standards. The grade A foam is 2 inches thick and double-stitched. The seat and back are made with an MDF core and can withstand solid fabrics rated up to 130,000 double rubs and patterned fabrics rated up to 67,000 double rubs. Both the fabric and foam are Cal-117 rated for safety. The chair comes with a 10-year warranty and is designed to stack 8-10 high with DY81 or DY9000 dollies.
