The National Public Seating 3200 Series steel frame upholstered folding chair is designed for temporary seating and efficient storage. It features a gray, 18 gauge, 7/8" tubular steel "Y-frame" structure that can support up to 300 lbs. of static weight. The chair also has double-riveted front and rear leg cross braces, as well as double hinges on each side, to ensure stability.

The chair's seat and backrest are upholstered in regal blue fabric for added comfort. The 2" thick box seat contains 0.9 lb. density foam, while the backrest has 1.2 lb density foam. The fabric has been abrasion tested to withstand 30,000 double rubs, ensuring durability under heavy use. Additionally, the fabric is treated with Scotchgard stain and is water repellent to maintain its appearance.

The steel frame of the chair is powder coated for corrosion resistance. Plastic plugs at the top of the back legs add stability by holding the frame in place. Replaceable polypropylene glides help protect floor surfaces. When folded, the chair can be stored efficiently, making it ideal for institutional use.

The chair is MAS certified as low VOC emitting furniture and meets various sustainability standards. It also meets the flammability requirements of the California Bureau of Home Furnishings and Thermal Insulation Technical Bulletin 117. With dimensions of H x W x D, the chair is suitable for various venues, including educational, worship, and hospitality settings.
