Deluxe Fabric Folding Chair - 4 Pack, 480 lbs Capacity, Imperial Blue Fabric/Char-Blue Frame

The National Public Seating 2200 Series steel frame folding chair features a premium upholstered fabric seat and back in imperial blue color. This chair is designed with an 18 gauge, 7/8" tubular steel "Y-frame" structure for sturdy support. It has a capacity to support 480 lb. of static weight and 300 lb. of drop weight, meeting ANSI/BIFMA standards.

For added stability, the chair is equipped with double-riveted front and rear leg cross braces as well as double hinges on each side. The upholstered seat and backrest are made for comfort, with 1-1/4" thick foam in the seat and 1.2 lb. density foam in the backrest. The fabric is abrasion tested to withstand 30,000 double rubs for durability under heavy use.

Additionally, the fabric is treated with Scotchgard stain and water repellant to maintain its appearance. The chair also features a rounded, "waterfall" front edge on the seat for added comfort and reduced pressure on the back of the knees. The steel frame is powder coated for corrosion resistance, and replaceable polypropylene glides help protect floor surfaces.

The chair is MAS certified as low VOC emitting furniture and meets various sustainability standards. It also meets the flammability requirements of TB117. When folded, the chair fits efficiently for storage, making it ideal for institutional temporary seating applications.
